The tours start at Tupilaks office. Together with the guide, you will walk down to the workshop where they make the NationalCostume.

From here, you will , together with the guide, walk towards the home of the local family, where coffee, tea and homemade cake will be offered.

The local family speaks no or very little English.

A Targa takes us to Kangersuneq/Icefiord through Qoornoq passage. After about 2 hours boattour we arrive to the mound of Kangersuneq/Icefiord where we have the view of Narsap Sermia gletcher. After the lunch we will continue to Qoornoq an abandoned settlement. In Qoornoq you can walk around and get a feeling of how life was in a settlement.

By boat to the edge of Nordlandet/Akia, the strip of land across from Nuuk. Here you find the old settlement of Kangeq, which has been unpopulated since the 1960-ies. Kangeq is the birthplace of the famous artist Aron (1822 – 1969), who painted stories from the traditional myths and legends.

There will be approx. 1½ hour stay in the village.

The boattour sails in the fiord of Nuuk, where you will get a chance to view the colourful houses from seaside. 

The captain and the guide actively hold a look out for whales and maybe with the help of the passengers, you might spot a whale or two.
